When you subscribe to the Portfilo newsletter, Portfilo receives the email address you submit.

The signup form also contains a hidden anti-spam field. If that field is filled, the submission is treated as automated and is not forwarded to beehiiv.

When you visit the website, service providers may process technical information needed to deliver, operate, and secure the site. This can include information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, limited referrer information, and the time of a request.

When you submit your email address, Portfilo's Cloudflare Pages Function validates the request and forwards the email address to beehiiv. Portfilo also sends fixed website-attribution information so the signup is identified as coming from the Portfilo website.

beehiiv handles double opt-in confirmation, subscriber records, newsletter delivery, and unsubscribe requests.

Your subscription is not active until you confirm your email through the double opt-in process.

Portfilo does not maintain a separate subscriber database.

Portfilo currently relies on the following providers for the website and newsletter:

Cloudflare hosts the website and the newsletter signup endpoint. In providing those services, Cloudflare may process technical network and request information such as IP addresses and traffic data.

beehiiv processes subscriber information on Portfilo's behalf for subscription confirmation, subscriber management, newsletter delivery, and unsubscribe handling.

jsDelivr delivers web fonts used by the website. Its content-delivery network may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, limited referrer information, the requested CDN URL, and request time.

These providers process information under their applicable service terms and privacy practices.

Portfilo does not maintain a separate subscriber database.

Your email address is held in beehiiv as needed to operate the newsletter and maintain your subscription status. Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery, but some provider records may be retained when needed to honor your unsubscribe choice, comply with applicable requirements, or maintain the security and operation of the service.

Technical request information processed by infrastructure providers may be retained according to their applicable service policies. Portfilo does not maintain a separate application database for this technical request information.

Every Portfilo newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can use it at any time to stop receiving the newsletter.

For personal data handled by Portfilo, you may have rights under applicable privacy law to request access or correction, object to certain processing, request erasure or blocking where applicable, and exercise other rights provided by law.

If you believe your data privacy rights have been violated, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
